Project Overview

AIIR Consulting, a leader in professional coaching and leadership development, sought to enhance their service offerings through a custom-built enterprise coaching web application & custom Survey apps. They approached TechAvidus to develop a sophisticated and user-friendly platform to streamline their coaching processes and deliver superior client experience. The primary goal of the first app was to create a tool that seamlessly integrated with HubSpot, enabling the company to generate a custom coaching strategy lead based on survey responses & provide real-time data collection.

Our Objectives

Develop a robust web application to support AIIR Consulting’s enterprise coaching services.
Integrate features to manage coaching sessions, track progress, and facilitate communication between coaches and clients.
Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience for both coaches and clients.
Implement secure data management to protect sensitive client information.
Collect Real time data from survey inputs.
Integrate a custom survey solution with their existing eco system, hubspot and website.
Convert physical forms, offline methods into digital forms and solutions by building custom survey Software, and custom survey reporting tools.

The Development Process Included

1. Requirement Analysis:

Conducted comprehensive meetings with AIIR Consulting to gather detailed requirements.
Analysed existing business processes, client on boarding processes, lead generation process to identify areas for automation and improvement. Provides real-time visibility into employee activities and time logs.

2. Design and Prototyping:

Created wireframes and prototypes to visualize the application flow of custom survey tools.
Ensured the design aligned with AIIR Consulting’s branding and user experience expectations especially custom lead generation survey apps which were deployed on customer side.

3. Development:

Built a scalable and secure Survey web application using the latest technologies.
Integrated features such as session scheduling, progress tracking, and real-time communication tools – real time chatbot.
Developed a user-friendly Survey dashboard for both coaches and clients to manage their activities efficiently and to track their survey progress.

Implemented feedback from AIIR Consulting to make necessary adjustments and enhancements on. More feedback received on Team Effectiveness survey tools.
