Responsibilities

  • Prepare job descriptions, positing jobs to multiple portals and social media.
  • Sourcing candidates using different methods like Facebook, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing phone screenings.
  • Coordinating with recruitment team, internal team and management for scheduling interviews and follow ups.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Perform reference check and background verification as and when required.
