In their quest to streamline real estate processes for busy property management firms, My Realty Works, one of Florida's top real estate agency, aimed to offer a solution in real estate industry. They wanted real estate agencies to leverage data and large network of agents with the help of software to offer a seamless experience in property transactions.

As software partner of My Realty works, we developed an all-in-one real estate sales and marketing solution that included software and "people" services. Our comprehensive solution provided agents, brokers, and vendors in the real estate industry with a team to help them with marketing, making their jobs easier and more efficient.

The Challenges

My Realty works a fast-growing real estate company, found it challenging to keep up with the increasing volume of leads and inquiries they were receiving on a daily basis. Agents had difficulty keeping track of multiple listings and leads, leading to lost opportunities and missed sales.

Additionally, they were using a mix of different software solutions to track leads, manage listings, and advertise their properties, which was becoming overwhelming and time-consuming for their team. There was no all in one solution which offers File Storage, Transaction management, Property Management, Email Marketing, CRM and social media community features.

My Realty works decided to build all a comprehensive SaaS software solution that could integrate all their sales and marketing functions into a single platform to streamline operations for real estate professionals and agencies.

Our Solution

TechAvidus's collaboration with My Realty works began with a product discovery phase where My Realty works provided rough sketches of what they needed. The TechAvidus team conducted in-depth research of the real estate industry, analysed the needs of My Realty works, understood the challenges that My Realty works was facing and began working. TechAvidus used Figma designs and an agile method approach to deliver a comprehensive SaaS real estate sales and marketing solution with a host of features.
