The client, a marketplace for business capital, required a CRM system to efficiently manage Sales Representatives, Closures, and Admin roles on a single platform. The system needed to allow Admins to upload leads, track activities, and match lenders with potential borrowers based on specific criteria. Additionally, the platform aimed to facilitate lender-borrower connections directly.
The primary challenge was ensuring an equitable distribution of leads among Sales Representatives based on their login status. The system needed to display leads uniquely assigned to each Sales Representative, ensuring no overlap and allowing dynamic reassignment if a lead was already in progress. Another challenge was configuring the platform to send emails from different accounts based on contextual requirements.
To address the lead distribution issue, we developed a sophisticated algorithm that randomized and assigned leads to Sales Representatives upon login. When a Sales Representative selected a lead, it was removed from the general pool, ensuring exclusivity. For the email requirement, we implemented configurations to allow email dispatch from various accounts based on specific needs.
