Project Overview

The client, a marketplace for business capital, required a CRM system to efficiently manage Sales Representatives, Closures, and Admin roles on a single platform. The system needed to allow Admins to upload leads, track activities, and match lenders with potential borrowers based on specific criteria. Additionally, the platform aimed to facilitate lender-borrower connections directly.

Business Challenges

The primary challenge was ensuring an equitable distribution of leads among Sales Representatives based on their login status. The system needed to display leads uniquely assigned to each Sales Representative, ensuring no overlap and allowing dynamic reassignment if a lead was already in progress. Another challenge was configuring the platform to send emails from different accounts based on contextual requirements.

To address the lead distribution issue, we developed a sophisticated algorithm that randomized and assigned leads to Sales Representatives upon login. When a Sales Representative selected a lead, it was removed from the general pool, ensuring exclusivity. For the email requirement, we implemented configurations to allow email dispatch from various accounts based on specific needs.

    1. Super Admin Module

    • Manage Users: The Super Admin can create, update, or delete Admins, Closures, and Sales Reps.
    • Lead and Deal Management: Super Admin can upload, edit, or delete Lead and Deal information.
    • Status and Scheduling: When a Closure updates a Deal's status, the Super Admin can step in to manage any further discussions between the Lender and Borrower and set up a payment scheduler based on the finalized installment plan.
    • Communication: Provides a chat option for communication between parties.

    2. Admin Module

    • Manage Closures and Sales Reps: The Admin can create, update, or delete Closures and Sales Reps.
    • Team Management: Admin can create, update, or delete Teams and Team members based on specific conditions related to Sales Reps for Closures.
    • Lead and Deal Management: Admin can upload, edit, or delete Lead and Deal information.
    • Status and Scheduling: When the Closure changes a Deal's status (e.g., from "Under Review" to "Approved" or "Declined"), the Admin manages any necessary discussions with the Lender and Borrower, and sets up a payment scheduler once the terms are finalized.
    • Communication: A chat option is provided for Admin to facilitate communication between parties.

    3. Closure

    • Team Management: Closure can create and update Teams of Sales Reps.
    • Deal Handling: Once a Lender shows interest in a Lead, it becomes a Deal, and the Closure is responsible for managing it.
    • Offer Management: Closure can add different offers from Lenders to a Deal and must update the Deal's status (e.g., from "Offer Received" to "Negotiation" or "Offer Accepted") based on the progression.
    • Communication: A chat option is available for Closure to communicate with other parties.

    4. Sales Rep

    • Lead Management: After verifying a Lead, the Sales Rep sends an email to the Lender. Once the Lender replies, the Sales Rep can change the Lead's status.
    • Automatic Assignment: Leads are automatically assigned to Sales Reps when they start working on them.
    • Communication: Sales Reps can use the chat option to communicate with Lenders and other parties.

  • All system users are authenticate as its only added by Admin or Super Admin.
  • Borrower can get Loan with Minimum interest Rate.
  • Admin/Super Admin can Upload many Leads together with the help of .csv or Excel.
  • Closure can see all Leads which is assigned to their team member so whenever anything needed they can directly communicate with each other
