The Goals

The Solution

TechAvidus built a robust Behavioral Profiling & Peer Feedback App — a mobile-first platform combining behavioral science, 360° feedback, and visual analytics. The platform bridges the gap between individual performance, employee performance review, team dynamics, and leadership insight through a seamless feedback loop.

  • Behavioral Profile Radar Chart : A dynamic spider graph visualizing behavioral traits such as Trusting, Optimistic, Driven, Relaxed, Sociable, etc.
  • Traffic Light UI : Color-coded visual cues highlight the state of each area: Red (Needs Improvement), Yellow (Average), Green (Strong).
  • Recent Activity Feed : Displays recent feedback received, pending requests, and behavioral changes over time.
  • Peer Feedback Overview : Shows pending feedback requests and recent feedback — part of the peer feedback tool
