Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and execution of detailed test plans and test cases.

• Learn to identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.

• Collaborate with developers to understand application features and requirements.

• Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.

• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions.

• Ensure test environments are set up correctly and maintained.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of manual testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
