UG - BE/BTech/MBA/Any Graduate; PG – MBA Marketing (Preferable)

Job Summary

  • Thorough knowledge of business development activities from lead sourcing to client management 
  • Generate qualified leads through market research, emails, cold calling and lead generation tools
  • Should have an experience of Bidding on various freelancing portals
  • Writing proposals, RFPs, RFI for clients
  • Experience with selling consulting and IT services for an established IT firm.
  • Communicate with client to collect their requirements, understand their needs and discuss with the technical team and share a final solution to a client
  • Should have a thorough knowledge of Technologies and software services
  • Candidate should be ethical and self-motivated

Responsibilities

  • To understand, a requirement of the client and convert into sales
  • To be a team player and work in collaboration with team members
  • Communicate with clients

Evaluation Process

  1. Introductory interview 
  2. Detail Interview with Business Development Manager
  3. Final Interview with Vice President of Sales

Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Experience: 2 to 4 years ( Experience must be in IT- based company only)

Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Salary

2,60,000 to 5,40,000 Per Annum
